What about LaserCap electrical and eye safety?
The LaserCap poses no significant electrical safety risk as it is powered with the equivalent of 3 cell-phone batteries and is designed and manufactured according to IEC 60601 and ISO 13485 standards for medical devices. Regarding eye safety, the LaserCap uses 224 individual Class 3R visible red 650nm laser diodes so users should not stare directly into the red laser lights.
